Job summary

Actify ABA in Chester, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school, under BCBA supervision, while collecting progress data and collaborating with families.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior ABA exposure is a plus; drivers with reliable transportation encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
