Student Analyst Program for BCBA

Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement BCBA-developed plans for children with autism. You will collect session data, support developmental skills, and collaborate with BCBAs and families in an in-clinic setting.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification and high school diploma, with strong communication and teamwork. Excellent growth opportunities, paid training, and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with supervising clinicians.
• Ability to complete background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
