Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, implementing plans designed by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role involves data collection, collaboration with families, and maintaining progress records, with a focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Ability to work with children and adolescents in ABA settings.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect client data.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of strategies.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support activities of daily living and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
