Job summary

Every Special Child LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs. Working under the direct supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior plans in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 ABA intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document data on target behaviors and program goals.
• Assist clients with functional communication, social skills, daily living skills, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, educators, and care team; maintain safety protocols.
