Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children, applying ABA plans designed by BCBAs to build social, communication, and daily living skills. This position supports families and works in various settings, emphasizing individualized care and compassionate, structured teaching.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in applying behavior strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
