Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress and celebrate growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
