Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior plans to enhance social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data collection, and progress documentation, with opportunities for growth, a flexible schedule, and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
