Big Dreamers ABA in the United States seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children who have autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision to support social, communication, and daily living skills.

You'll collect data, monitor progress, maintain clinical records, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
