Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with children, families, and clinicians.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans created by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based teaching during structured and play activities.
• Reinforce communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collect data accurately and document notes on time.
• Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Partner with families to support generalization across environments.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethics.
