Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred).
• Willingness to obtain RBT Certification.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Comfort working with children of varying needs and abilities.
• Ability to stay positive, flexible, and patient during challenges.
• Reliability — kids depend on consistency.
• Willingness to learn evidence‑based strategies (no experience required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized teaching and therapy activities.
• Support communication, social play, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reinforce skills during structured activities and natural play.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior throughout sessions.
• Document session notes accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising clinicians.
• Receive hands‑on training, coaching, and supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with families to help generalize skills at home and in the community.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
