Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will work under BCBA guidance, implementing individualized treatment plans and using positive reinforcement to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Travel to clients’ locations is required, with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus)
Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress
