Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an energetic RBT to work directly with children, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.
• Strong communication and professionalism with children, families, and clinicians.
• Ability to work well as part of a clinical team.
• Comfort working with children who have developmental or behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies during structured and play-based activities.
• Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data accurately throughout sessions and document notes on time.
• Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization across environments.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain RBT certification and adhere to BACB ethics.
