Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Dubuque, IA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician 1 to support behavior analysis services. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and assist in assessments under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and ongoing supervision required.

• Role requires close supervision and instruction to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Accurately collect data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Assist BCBA or senior RBT in assessments and observations.
• Follow treatment plans and strategies to promote skill development.
• Maintain organized session notes and progress records within 24 hours.
• Engage with clients in a positive, supportive manner.
• Respond to safety concerns following established protocols.
• Communicate progress and updates with the supervising team.
