BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home or community settings in Centerville, IA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, recording progress and adjusting skill-building plans.

We welcome part-time candidates who are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn. RBT certification is required before start; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
