Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Washington, IA seeks an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. The role supports families in home or community settings with flexible, part-time scheduling and a strong clinical team.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, record session data, and contribute to individualized care plans while developing your skills through BCBA education partnerships and ongoing clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, empathy and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Active RBT certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behaviors.
• Act as a key member of our clinical team, implementing individualized skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic documentation tools.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment for clients and build meaningful relationships with families.
