Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician I to support behavior analysis services. You will implement intervention plans under supervision, collect data, and assist in client progress across sessions in an on-site setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, engaging clients professionally, and adhering to safety protocols while collaborating with BCBA/BCaBA teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months experience with ABA programming and RBT certification.
• Must pass background check and CORES competency assessments.
• Learning ABA principles under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA/Senior RBT supervision.
• Accurately collect data during sessions for analysis and progress tracking.
• Assist in assessments and observe to gather information.
• Follow established treatment plans to promote skill development.
• Maintain session notes and timely documentation within 24 hours.
• Engage clients positively and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
