Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver services in home, school, clinic, or community settings, implement programs, and maintain meticulous notes while communicating with caregivers and teams.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the identified setting (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
