Job summary

Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in schools and homes in Davenport, FL. The role offers an hourly rate of $22.00 - $26.00 with training and resources to support professional growth.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work, data collection, and family education, while collaborating with BCBA and the team to tailor treatment plans. A strong focus on reliability, confidentiality, and client well-being is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
