Lumino ABA is hiring reliable RBTs to provide ABA therapy in school and home settings in Central Florida. Join a growing team and support children with autism through structured sessions and data-driven plans.

Role emphasizes collaboration with a BCBA, documentation, and adherence to company policies. In-person work with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation to site and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA-designed protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
