Lumino ABA is hiring reliable, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing ABA therapy in school and homes.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Accurately collect data on client progress during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
