Job summary

Lumino ABA in South Orlando, FL is seeking reliable RBTs to join our team providing ABA therapy in schools and homes. The RBT will implement behavior plans for children with Autism and other developmental disorders, collect progress data, and support families with behavior management strategies.

The role offers in-person work in South Orlando with a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement and professional

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients, improving behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
