Job summary

Lumino ABA in Sebring, FL is seeking reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism and developmental disorders in school and home settings. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00 and opportunities to grow toward BCBA with training and mentorship.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and a BCBA to improve outcomes. In-person position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to punctuality.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
