Job summary

Lumino ABA in Sebring, FL is hiring reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing ABA therapy in school and homes. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing behavior plans and collecting data during sessions to support progress and families.

Training and support are provided, with opportunities for advancement. We offer a competitive hourly range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with a focus on consistency, growth toward BCBA, and

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong professionalism and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
