Job summary

Lumino ABA is seeking reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in school and home settings in Davenport, FL. You will work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-approved plans, and collect progress data to guide interventions.

The role offers competitive pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for training, advancement to BCBA, and a focus on staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Active RBT certification (BACB).
• Experience working with children.
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA-approved protocols.
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support to clients and promote quality of life improvements.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
