Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years in Leander, TX. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and structured activities in a supportive clinic setting.

Starting roles offer guaranteed full-time hours with regular raises, paid training, and a clear growth path toward leadership and BCBA opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with active therapy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
