Action Behavior Centers in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, competitive hourly pay based on education and ABA experience, and strong opportunities for advancement within the ABC growth program.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience with pediatric clients is a plus.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
