Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• At least 18 years old and high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist children with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
