Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Willow Park, TX seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays, immediate start, and paid RBT certification. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help children progress in a supportive clinic.

You’ll work closely with a team, maintain safety, and be part of a growth‑oriented culture offering full-time hours and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequent standing/sitting transitions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
