Action Behavior Centers in Surprise, AZ is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and the chance to start immediately.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect basic data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or higher
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and participate in ongoing growth opportunities
