Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or will be completed within 20 days of hire.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move on/off the floor.
• Willingness to work full-time with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to learn procedures.
