Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Surprise, AZ, is hiring for full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support kids through engaging activities in a collaborative team.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
