Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Maricopa, AZ is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (RBT). Schedule Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; start immediately.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and staying actively engaged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
