Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Immediate openings in Mesa, AZ with predictable daytime hours and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities while staying active and engaged. Training includes fully covered RBT certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or must be obtained within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
