Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• May support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment; collaborate with the team.
