Action Behavior Centers in Chandler, AZ, is hiring Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, assist children through play-based activities, and maintain a safe therapy space while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
