Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Conyers, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with our BCBA team to implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA-related experience, a high school diploma, and an RBT certification or 40 hours. Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Part-time with potential to move to full-time is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40 hours certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
