Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. You will work with BCBA supervisors to design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients in a supportive clinical setting.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an RBT certification or 40-hour certificate. Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40 hours certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
