Blossom ABA Therapy in Ball Ground, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA-designed treatment plans and data-driven progress monitoring. You will work closely with our clinical team to implement interventions in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• RBT certification (or 40 hours) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
