Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Deliver direct ABA services in diverse settings, implement programs, and travel to assigned cases with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed and perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
