Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring for an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings across North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy under supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus), and have experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
