Job summary

Blue Gems ABA, based in Asheville, NC, seeks an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and track progress with clinical software while collaborating with BCBA providers and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
