Pediatrics Plus seeks Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with special needs. You will implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, help with treatment plans, and prepare materials for sessions in a collaborative pediatric setting.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma / GED and RBT training or certification steps, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training by supervising BCBA within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment conducted by supervising BCBA.
• Pass the RBT exam through BACB to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Help implement the treatment plan developed with BCBA, parents, and therapists.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA.
• Prepare materials as needed for sessions.
• Implement teaching procedures determined by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain visual supervision of the child at all times; never leaving a child unattended.
• Represent the program to parents, visitors, and the public in a positive way.
• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and sanitary learning environment.
• Collaborate with supervisor to grow in behavior analytic expertise.
