Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in outpatient, home, or school settings. You will work under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and document progress.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and RBT certification is a plus. Experience in pediatric environments is preferred, and teamwork and physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs are important.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience in pediatric environments (daycares, schools, etc.) recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in outpatient, home, or school/community settings.
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under supervision of BCBA/BCaBA.
• Maintain detailed daily treatment notes for billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and team members to support client needs.
• Attend therapy meetings and CEU trainings to maintain license requirements.
• Comply with state board requirements for RBT and organizational policies.
