Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans and support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with BCBA guidance, collect data, and help maintain treatment plans. A valid RBT credential and a HS diploma are required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
