Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. You will receive ongoing mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Flexible scheduling and a path from RBT to BCBA are offered, with local travel to client sites and a supportive team culture that values positive, evidence-based ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
