Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and paid travel as needed. Eligible candidates will have RBT certification, relevant experience, and a high school diploma with preferred Bachelor's studies in

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
