Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence. You’ll collect progress data and collaborate with families and clinical teams, attending regular meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
