Alora Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support autism treatment in Aurora, CO, offering both part-time and full-time roles. Earn $21.00–$26.00 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing professional development.

The role involves 1:1 ABA therapy with children and adolescents in home and community settings, under BCBA supervision. Travel to client homes in the Aurora area is required, with opportunities for growth into Senior RBT and RBT Lead positions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
