Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area is required.
• Afternoon availability preferred.
• Comfortable working actively and 1:1 with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other clinical team members.
• Support clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
