Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the Aurora area. You’ll work 1:1 in home and community settings, helping clients develop essential skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area.
• Comfortable working one-to-one with children and adolescents.
• Afternoon availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
• Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
